MODEL 1-4 DRUMS

Warranty

All Polmuz drum and snare shells, from Model 1 to Model 4, come with a lifetime warranty. If the shell delaminates, separates, warps, or loses its round shape, we will replace it with a new one. This covers wooden ply shells as well as metal ones: brass, aluminium and copper. The lifetime warranty applies to the first owner of the drums and requires proof of purchase.

All shells come with a label signed by the inspecting person, ensuring that there is no doubt about the quality of the shells.

ACRYLIC SHELLS

Acrylic shells are covered by a 24-month warranty. Acrylic behaves differently than wood and is more sensitive to impact and temperature swings, so we treat it separately. The hardware on acrylic drums carries the same 36-month warranty as on every other model.

EQUIPMENT

We provide a 36-month warranty on the drum hardware and all stands. It covers lugs, hoops, the strainer, tension rods, legs, mounts and brackets.

CYMBALS

UNIQUE POLMUZ CYMBALS WARRANTY

Polmuz cymbals come with a unique warranty. Don’t worry if your cymbal cracks! You don’t need to return it to the store immediately. Unlike other manufacturers, Polmuz only requires a photo of the damage. When your cymbal cracks, send a photo of the defect to the store where you bought it, and you can continue playing on the damaged cymbal until a new one is available. Only when the store has a new cymbal for you, will you bring or send the defective one back in exchange for a new one.

The warranty is provided for:

Ride, Hi-Hat – 24 months warranty
Crash, Swish, China – 12 months warranty
Splash – no warranty
Cymbals included with the Model 4 kit carry the same warranty as Polmuz cymbals bought separately.

POST-WARRANTY DISCOUNT -25% ON THE PURCHASE OF A NEW POLMUZ CYMBAL

If, after the warranty period and no later than 36 months from the date of purchase, a crack appears on the cymbal that meets the criteria for warranty replacement described in the warranty terms, you are entitled to a 25% discount on the purchase of a new Polmuz cymbal. To receive the discount, you must present the proof of purchase along with the warranty card. The discount cannot be combined with current promotions or sales and applies to the retail price.

CAJONS AND HEADPHONES

Cajons and headphones are covered by a 2-year warranty on all parts.
