FEATURES
Once upon a time, beyond seven mountains and forests, there lived a man named Tomek. Tomek dreamed of being able to buy a professional drum kit with hardware for 3500 PLN. He wondered why top drum manufacturers didn’t offer professional features in drums at this price range, as he wanted to sell such kits himself. Instead of waiting for salvation, he thought, “Hmm, I should probably do it myself.” Coincidentally, Tomek was a production technologist and architect, so he knew how to approach it. The design work took a long time, with prototype after prototype, but eventually, success was achieved.

100% Birch Shells
The shells in the Birch series are made from 6 layers of birch with a total thickness of 6.9 mm. The highest priority in designing Polmuz drums was the sound. Balanced mid and high tones provide great versatility across various musical styles. The specific characteristics of birch wood give the drums a unique sound that you won’t experience with any other drums. The focused and clear sound of the shells is achieved through the careful selection of birch layers, as well as attention to shell formation and edge shape. The drums offer a clear top end and pleasant low bass. They have a balanced sound profile, so in both studio and live settings, they require minimal adjustment from the engineer.
Mounting System
The non-intrusive mounting system ensures maximum resonance and stability regardless of the conditions. This design allows for toms to be positioned closer together, providing greater freedom and comfort.
Bass Drum Hooks
The bass drum hooks on Polmuz kits are equipped with rubber pads to help protect the wooden hoops from damage. In this setup, the hooks and hoops form a unified whole, preventing them from separating or rattling, even with loose tuning.

Finish
The lacquered finish of the Polmuz drums gives each kit a unique appearance and distinctive sound. The lacquer used for finishing the birch drums by Polmuz is of excellent quality. The stunning blue-to-black gradient will impress even the most discerning tastes. The composition and application method of the lacquer are comparable to those used in high-end series of well-known brands.
